Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made when items are sent back as the item is shipped. Items cannot be torn, used, stained or with any sort of smell. Exchange has to be for the same item, or a diff. item as long as is the same value

In an event in which your item or size is not available, store credit can be issued or an exchange for a different item within the same pricing

NO refunds only store credit available

You have 7 days after received item to make ANY order complaints. NO EXCEPTIONS

Store credit will be issued and applied in future purchases. Store credit will be issued when an unwanted item is returned.

Credit does not include that of the already shipped item

Items are checked before being shipped

You have to pay for the returning shipping

Shoes: Exchanges can only be made as long as shoe sole is brand new as shipped. NO cuff marks. In an event shoes show trace of being worn, they will be shipped back to you
